Interesting I also had issues with the PDX launcher. I would like to know if anyone else has any issues?

I have done some testing and it must have to do something with Paradoxs freaking Launcher.
When I Create a New Mod and copy the files there, the descision shows up.

But resubscribing doesnt fix my problem.

Odd, I just confirmed it works. Do you have waking the tiger DLC and are you playing with any other mods? It does not work with M Dawn mod.

its a decision (in the decision tab) to take only for Germany. If you go alt Germany then I would wait until after the civil war. You must have the WTT expansion.

Just a note, when Waking the Tiger is release I will tie all the more resource togeather and they will be decisions selectable only to human player to add resources. for example if you play as USA you will only be able to select resources for USA and Ai will not take the decision.

Could you make a second mod that adds slightly less, so 150 oil, 45 rubber, 150 steel, and 50 Tungsten, 50 Aluminium, around that?
