Mechs require the ‘Integrated Communication Terminal’, Right-click this building to access the purchase page.
The aircraft is actually a chip ability, though this component appears untranslated. Its code name is likely KT_Light_Air_Strike_Chip.

Hello, I have fully researched all the tech tree of this mod, but i cant seem to find all the Flying Vehicles and Mechs.
