OWB: UTCM Addon - Extended Cut

Description

Welcome to the UTCM Extended Cut, the Cutting Room Floor of UTCM!

Basically, there were a few things that weren't really relevant to put in the main mod, or things from TEME which I felt weren't really appropriate for a mod nominally about resources.

As such, I've moved all those various decisions and the like to this mod, a "Catch-all" mod that lets you get into the meat of the tech tree easier through various decisions (you will only see them in the Tech Expansion category if you qualify for them, for example if you don't have ArcJet Schematics you won't be able to unlock their secrets)

-Give more than just your Frontline Divs Radios
-Further investigate Pre-War Schematics for various techs that you likely might not get as a settler-tier nation
-Obtain the secrets of Tribal and Cybernetic technologies (not for Multiplayer due to how HOI4's code works)
-And an easter egg!

@Crusaderjack copypasting: "UTCM update: Removed Tribal and Implant visibility limitations. Please be aware that you will see the Tribal and Implant tech trees no matter which nation you play as, but you will not gain access to them unless you are a special nation. This is essentially just vanilla behavior, you just get to see the tribal techs as well with this mod."

@Crusaderjack I don't play Multiplayer, so if you're able to use console commands to tag your own nation to refresh the tech tree without saving and reloading it'll work, but by "Doesn't work in Multiplayer" I mean it in a literal sense, as without the save-load it'll just look like an empty tech tree

So when you say obtaining the tribal and cybernetic tech isnt for multiplayer, do you mean that from a balance standpoint or would it like prevent me and friend from playing the enclave and new vegas together?
