Description
Sub-Submod for Lost Hills Expanded that adds new branches to build up before the war with the NCR and emergency war-time foci during the war. Also adds more events, decisions, and changes quite a number foci, most notably: the fallen chapter foci have been reworked to spawn divisions.
Lost Hills Military Academy branch gives access to new generals and commanders.
More scavenging decisions requiring paladins, but allow you to gather pre-war equipment.

id love to see you change the anchorage sim reward to something thats actually worth while, i get the rewards are accurate but there really isnt a good reason to do that focus

Ideas for future:
— Focus, that give us general for every Chapter, that survived. Maybe even Gulf, Midwestern, Layons(«Hey, hi, we survive. Take this cool guy»)
— Focuses for different small bonuses for survived chapter(Washington give productivity boost for, mmm, some changes in worker conditions; Elahja give some ezoterical research buffs, Texas/Alamo can teach us trading and etc.)
— Maybe focuses to recruit Radioactive Chapter from Reno? «Ugh, Elder, OK, they are bad, but we have Ghoul recruitment law, you know?)
