CCO Compatibility Patch

Description
Adds support for the Ultima Founding and Onslaught DLCs for the Callipygian Complete Overhaul (CCO) Mods.

Rebalanced all Primaris and new units to closely match the original CCO balance/design.

You do not need to own both DLCs. This mod only enables compatibility if you have those DLCs installed.

See below for correct mod load order

Just had a few games with this, but I have a few questions/suggestions about balancing:

-Primaris Repulsor Executioner - should probably be storm rate instead of first rate? Its a tier later than a monolith and that is already a storm rate unit, so it seems like a typo?

-Storm Speeder Thunderstrike - they probably should be first rate units, and even then their damage is ridiculous. As a second rate unit there is no reason to not spam these - they can one-/two-shot pretty much everything at that point of the game and arent glass cannons.

I´m not sure if this is a case of the Ultima Founding DLC having overpowered units (since there definitely is some power creep in that DLC...) or the "conversion" to CCO making them so strong, but they stand apart from even the rest of that DLC with CCO

Last but not least: Once more, thanks for all the work with this mod (and to the creators of CCO as well if they read this), I just wanted to give some honest feedback :)

all files successfully validated. I just unsubed and resubed to the CCO mods, I'll test that tomorrow when my friend gets back from vacation

I am failing to recreate it on my end even with the logs. Can you verify the integrity of the game files, this could be an issue with the vanilla files. The crash is coming from the game trying to use a trait that doesn't exist. I'll be rechecking the traits
