Azur Lane · Dragon Empery · "The Four Heavenly Kings" Expansion

This expansion adds four powerful leaders to the Azur Lane Dragon Empery civilization for HSbF6HSO3F: Anshan, Fushun, Changchun, and Taiyuan.
These leaders can be played as strong even extremely IMBA leaders, but they can also serve as formidable opponents.
The reset version focuses on playability and balance, and now you can confidently face off against the Anshan-class as opponents (Reference data: God (8) Difficulty, all settings as defaults, no other mods, huge map, Anshan will gain tech victory at about the 135th. turn).

Special Notes:

  • Requires "Shifting Winds" (GS) as a prerequisite. Optional abilities can be manually enabled before the game starts; due to their higher power, most optional abilities are disabled by default.
  • Golden Age: Disable "WMD Modification"; you can still enable it, but WMDs may only be launched by aircraft or nuclear submarines.
  • Compatible with Harmony but not tested for Multiplayer.
  • Due to weaker code robustness, improper use of Anshan-class features may cause errors, possibly crashing the game, including but not limited to using the mod’s features to:
    • Freely use special governors to gain Anshan-class abilities.
    • Keep special zones/buildings/improvements after capturing a city.
    • Build others’ special zones/buildings/improvements.

  • If any bugs are found, please leave a message, and I’ll fix them as soon as I see it!

Shared Special Abilities of the Anshan-Class:

  • (Optional Ability) Great Ancient Nation - Dragon Empery Modernization:

    Gain boosts to technology, civics, and gold based on the gap with other players or AI; however, the technology or civics gained must be those owned by other players.

  • Construction Corps:

    Military units, pioneers, and builders gain the "Construction Corps" command. When activated, a village is created at the location. If the location has already been activated, the ability will attempt to establish a city. Activating the ability costs 49 health points, with a limit of once per turn, and each unit can use it up to 4 times.
    If you wish to bypass the usage and turn limits, you can enable it in advanced settings.

  • Special Zones:

    Heavy Industrial Zone, unlocked with "Copper Smelting," has a lower construction cost. If there are no resources at the location, it will generate relevant resources based on the leader type. Each Anshan-class leader has a unique industrial zone building system and special industrial projects. The base output of these buildings is low but provides more specialist output. Adjacent to regions, mountains, forests, and Dragon Empery mines, there are standard adjacency bonuses.
    Once built, resource storage limits increase by 20, and you receive 3 units of iron each turn. Tiles with strategic resources in cities yield +2 production, and each population provides +1 gold.

  • (Optional Ability) Special Projects and Abilities:

    After constructing a special industrial zone, unlock the project "Build the Tianxing Platform." Upon completion, 32 electricity is consumed in the city, and two technologies and two civics can be advanced based on existing tech and civics. You can manually select one tech and one civic. There are no prerequisites for the Tianxing Platform, but for every era ahead of the player, efficiency is halved. For each era behind, efficiency is doubled.

Special Improvements:

  • Dragon Empery Rich Mines:

    Special mines for Anshan, Fushun, and Taiyuan, with a broader range of building locations. If there are no resources, it will generate relevant resources based on the leader type.

  • "North Wilderness":

    Special plantation for Changchun, with a broader range of building locations. If there are no resources, it will generate relevant resources based on the leader type.

  • "SY-1" Launcher:

    Unlocked with "Ballistics," capable of launching WMDs.

Leader Abilities:

  • Anshan:

    Anshan-class flagship: The Heavy Industrial Zone can build special buildings like the Smelting Forge, Steel Mill, and Advanced Alloy Smelting Plant. After completing the projects, the fourth-tier building "Anshan Steel" can be constructed. Cities with Heavy Industrial Zones gain rapid construction abilities.

  • Fushun:

    Sharp Assault: The Heavy Industrial Zone can build special buildings like the Smelting Forge, Chemical Plant, and Advanced Chemical Plant. After completing the projects, the fourth-tier building "China Petroleum" can be constructed. Additional rewards are granted when the city is discovered by barbarians or when barbarian outposts are cleared.

  • Changchun:

    Mutual Aid Alliance: The Heavy Industrial Zone can build special buildings like the Forging Shop, Transport Factory, and Advanced Transport Factory. After completing the projects, the fourth-tier building "Changchun FAW" can be constructed. Establishing trade routes and declaring friendship promotes alliances without needing "Administrative Department." After 5 turns, the alliance will merge with us. Both alliance and merging provide diplomatic victory points.

  • Taiyuan:

    Unity and Strength: The Heavy Industrial Zone can build special buildings like the Mining Field, Heavy Machinery Factory, and Advanced Heavy Machinery Factory. There is no fourth-tier building, but after completing the project, the Space Center can be constructed to begin preparing production for space programs. The special bank "Piaohao" can also be built, which gives the city a "Piaohao" building in the city center. "Piaohao" increases trade route benefits and can transmit them to any other city. Cities with "Piaohao" in their commercial districts can purchase production with gold. The production cost gradually decreases as the number of "Piaohao" buildings and trade routes increases.

(Optional Abilities) Military Abilities

Each leader has different optional military abilities:

  • Anshan:

    Azure Dragon Martial Arts: Attacks apply armor-piercing effects (each attack increases the next attack by 10 damage). Military units gain +2 movement, and each unused movement point provides +2 attack power. After killing a unit, all units recover 2 movement points.

  • Fushun:

    Vermilion Bird Flame: Attacks apply a burning effect (15 damage per turn).

  • Changchun:

    Attacks by military units apply movement restrictions to enemies. Each time a military unit kills an enemy, all military units gain +1 attack.

  • Taiyuan:

    The first non-lethal damage each turn is negated for military units.

(Optional Abilities) Anshan-Class Governors

Each leader has different governors, but they won’t be detailed here.

这个...长城作为数值膨胀的万恶之源不是我写的,是本mod的依赖添加的内容,我记得会烧坏,但是我也没见过烧没的,可能改良都这样,没办法啦~再修一个就好(反正鞍山她们大概是修的起的:steamhappy:)

一同启用的时候确实是有两个鞍山的,应该已经通过类似文武秦始皇的办法标记,其中括号标记鞍山级领舰的是本mod
