Like Father, Like Son: Make Wilhelm III Less Useless

Description
Ever forgotten that Kaiser Wilhelm II is going to die? I sure have, and I'm always disappointed when Willy III rocks up with his little "popular figurehead" trait after riding the high of cheaper advisors for so long.

All this does is sit down the Wilhelms and forces the elder to pass on the idea of traits to his son, who, thankfully, understood completely. Huzzah!

A brief explanation of the traits:

Ardent Restorationist -
Former Crown Prince Wilhelm would return to Germany post-WWI after promising to stay firmly out of politics. He lied! Wilhelm would shortly become involved in groups advocating for the restoration of the monarchy, and would for a time be supportive of the German Nazis until he realised they had no plans to restore the monarchy he so craved.

Extravagant Militarist (formerly Incompetent Militarist) -
Wilhelm's service in WWI seems to have primarily consisted of pointing people towards a front, as dictated by the actual military expert assigned to him, but this does not mean that Wilhelm was uninterested. Indeed, despite reportedly believing as early as 1914 that Germany was to lose the war, he was initially largely enthusiastic, and believed that peace wasn't benefitting Germany.

Wilhelm often alienated those under his command with his lavish lifestyle, often spending time with French women during the war discussing their fears for their husbands and parading around in a full white uniform which led his men to believe he had been playing tennis.
Other fun things Wilhelm got up to included throwing cigarettes at soldiers, wearing extravagant clothes and carrying a whip to welcome soldiers back from the front, and hunting, which is a normal enough hobby, I just needed a third to round out the list!

Backroom Schemer -
Wilhelm alienated many with his political meddling, sometimes to the detriment of the state and the political capital of his father. Having been partially credited for the downfall of Theobald von Bethmann Hollweg, and as a result of his close friendships with politicians such as Kurt von Schleicher, I felt sufficiently convinced that this is deserved.

Unpopular in the High Command -
Primarily a result of his meddling as mentioned above!

Re: Umberto II - I've started a similar thing to this for a variety of leaders who are lacking a bit of flavour, so keep an eye out for that!

Re: Russian (and other languages) - I don't know that many myself, but I will make an effort to provide at least rough localisations that will be open to feedback in due time!

Re: Ironman - It doesn't work with ironman, sorry!

Re: RT56 - Just had a check, and it isn't, sorry!

I believe it comes down to RT56 having their own event files for individual countries, which wouldn't normally be a problem if not for the fact both Wilhelm II and III are only granted through events. They exist in the leaders file, but only really as placeholders so they don't automatically take over if Germany becomes non-aligned, their traits are assigned, and they're appointed as leader, through the events file and, naturally, one file has to triumph over the other!

There might be another way for me to go about providing the traits that would be compatible, though I can't currently think of one off the top of my head. Will keep thinking though, and update as appropriate if I come up with something! :happystar2022:

I'm still gonna have him die on the Hindenburg so his sister Victoria Louise can take over, but this is nice for the interim

"and carrying a whip to welcome soldiers back from the front"
DANKE, MEIN PRINZ MAY I HAVE ANOTHER?

Will this play nice with RT56?
