Kaiserreich Ultimate Russian Flag Picker

Description
This mod adds flag picker decisions for Kaiserreich Russia. To unlock ability to pick Russian State Flags you need to firstly complete focus about proclaiming Russian State.
Does not cover socialist Russian flags at this moment
- 9 Empire flag variants
- 4 Republic flag variants
- 16(!) Savinkov flags

DOES NOT WORK WITH KX

SAV_3 does not have working medium flags and small, they just have default russian flag, do you know what medium flag is?

pls change the name of your decision file, you have just decisions.txt and it conlficts with other mods, for example Savinkov Portrait Selection

Does it work if you are playing as the Far-Eastern army? The Romanov Tricolour would go really well with the Tzar-Redeemer Path
