About
TerjeSkills - its a mod that adds a unique MMO skill system to DayZ that allows your character to progress in different directions, enhancing their survivability and effectiveness in the harsh world. Improve your character's skills to survive longer and act more efficiently.

This mod adds 9 skills with over then 100 different perks:
  • Immunity (requires TerjeMedicine) - The immunity skill is responsible for recognizing and fighting diseases, viruses, and infections.
  • Medicine (requires TerjeMedicine) - The Medical Aid skill allows you to more effectively treat illnesses of varying severity.
  • Metabolism - The Metabolism skill allows your body to digest food more efficiently, and in its absence, survive longer without harm.
  • Athletics - The Athletics skill affects your stamina.
  • Strength - The Strength skill allows you to carry more weight and make more powerful melee attacks.
  • Stealth - The stealth skill allows you to be more invisible to infected and other survivors.
  • Survival - The survival skill helps you survive in this harsh world.
  • Hunting - The Hunting skill allows you to hunt wild animals more efficiently, cut up their carcasses, and create and set traps.
  • Fishing - The Fishing skill allows you to fish more efficiently, create and use fishing gear and traps.

Skills are not reset upon character death, but the server owner can customize their reduction if necessary.

For server owners
The mod settings are located in the "TerjeSettings/Skills.cfg" config file in your server profiles folder.

Really? We've looked over the wiki, and have seen the ability to change configs for existing skills and change perks, or create new medicines/books.
Could you point us to the documentation for creating new skill trees entirely?

Hello Terje. A community I work with has previously used Syberia to create custom skills on the server to add to the syberia experience (crafting). Is this possible with the documentation for new TerjeMods systems?

@Vortek Gamer its a technical restriction of the game. Bug on trader side, but they cant fix it. They load description from game config file. But meds description based on skill changed in item's script. In a trader all your items are virtual, so no access to the items's script.

Hi sound found an issue between DayZ Expansion Market and TerjeSkill and/or TerjeMedicine that the description of the meds for a skill that is require to read is not syncing with the Trader. it just show the description of the med as if you do not have the skill active but you actually do
