Steele Productions Engine Pack

Description
The Steele Productions Engine Pack Version 1.155; 27 September, 2025

This engine amends and adds a large number of realistic medium and heavy duty engines to the stock and various mod trucks to the game. Some engines have a bit more low-down torque than the manufacturers' data suggests, which is in the interests of keeping the game playable.

Many of the stock SCS engines have been reprogrammed with authentic torque curves.

There are also many different transmissions included in the pack, with final drive options giving drivers approximately 100rpm steps at a cruise.

Hi Ebonythief, it'll work with almost any engine mod sound, but you'll need to edit the .sii files for the engines you want. I like many of Zeemods sounds, for example, but it does mean customizing the files...

can you suggest a engine sound mod to partner with this mod?

Nah it's all good. I mean. Missing textures and floating badges are annoying. :)

That sounds rather tedious :\ I apologise for the subsequent torture! But I appreciate your effort nonetheless!

Well, I've spent bloody _hours_ trying to fix this... issue... and I'm just about done with stupid custom badges and stupid textures and stupid file paths. Currently, I appear to have fixed the issue with truck badge templates but individual engine icons in the list on the left are broken or missing, and it looks like I am going to have to go into each. and. every. engine file to fix it.

:/

Thanks! I wish you all the best in your search :D

FranzZ that *is* weird. It sounds like I messed up the engine badge label entries, I'll check it out.
