The Skaven enemy starts owning a sea region, making you waste a solid 4-5 turns just to take the 1 city, meaning all those chaos enemies get free reign to attack you while you desperately try to finish off your starting enemy.
Then the only other order faction near you is a minor bretonnian faction who cannot stand up to his Khorne neighbour. There desperately needs to be another order faction in the area to help keep the chaos in check, as it stands Torinubar dies very early in every campaign.
