The main system I was trying to implement couldn't work (for hardcode reasons) and I got kinda frustrated.

Oh don't worry, I have some tricks to get the counter high up without needing to inflate pops. Quite the contrary actually, you'll get to reduce state's pops through the chaos you cause.
On a totally unrelated note, white phosphorus and cluster ammunition will make a great addition I think.
Well, thanks for your enthusiasm! I currently hit a big setback with the decision based system I wanted to make and I don't think I'll find a workaround anytime soon, the issue being hard-code related as far as I understood. I'll have do it very differently and it wont be what I imagined it to be first, but I'll still manage something.
