ArmA 2 Sounds for CUP

Description
**Mod restored; signed & config errors should be fixed**

A port of ARMA 2's weapon sounds for CUP Weapons, replacing the default sounds with those from ARMA 2, and its DLCS.

- Nearly all firearms (rifles, LMG's, shotguns, SMG's, handguns) have their audio replaced by those from ARMA 2 and its
- DLCS.
- Ported over sounds take advantage of the reverb sound effects offered by ARMA 3's engine.

Future plans may extend to vehicles, suppressors and foley once again
