ETS2 Headlight Options (colors, patterns, throws)

NOTE: In v1.57 SCS made some changes to the games' file structure (I'm guessing to account for upcoming new trucks); thus this mod had to change, which broke the v1.56 content. Therefore, I also restructured this mod to ease editing for those of you who like to tweak. To wit, all trucks' head_light files now get their colors and patterns from two new directories (i.e., "\def\vehicle\truck\eyt_colors\" and "\def\vehicle\truck\eyt_patterns\"). You can change all trucks' head_light en masse by editing only files in those two directories.

This mod includes Halogen, LED, & Xenon headlight options for all SCS ATS & ETS2 trucks(*)(**) that have headlight options in the store.

GENERAL NOTES (ATS & ETS2):
- The following codes define the various headlight options compared to SCS defaults:
[L;H] = Low beams shine wider and longer; High beams shine longer ('HiLo'),
[L>H] = Low and High beams both shine wider and longer ('Combd'),
[H] = Low beams shine the same ; High beams shine longer ('Hi only').

- this mod does not include SCS trucks that don't have headlight options in the store(*).

ETS2 MOD TRUCKS INCLUDED: none
(*) - SCS ETS2 trucks that do NOT have headlight options: DAF XF, DAF XF105, Iveco Stralis Highway, Iveco Stralis, MAN TGX Euro 5, Renault Magnum, Renault Premium, Scania R 2009, and Scania Streamline.
(**) - Some ETS2 trucks don't have a Halogen options because Europe is banning halogen bulbs.
