Adds a chance to spawn pallet crates (from Zodds ForkLift mod) in storages, factories, and warehouses.

Requires "Item Stories" and "ForkLift" to work.

@KooLade look at the page for forklift, this is just a mod to make the crates from forklift spawn in certain areas.

Why doesn't it say how to pick these up with the forklift anywhere on this page for the mod to pick stuff up with the forklift? I can't figure it out. Just driving thru pallet
