This mod is KR submod, because I like KR more and I like Tukhachevsky, but KR's Tukhachevsky is long gone, so I called the old version of KR Tukhachevsky back to continue to govern, you can play it by selecting four of the Leader Election event while playing the Russian Socialist Republic
