I recorded the bug, but in short, using an attacking move that isn't weakening curse while wearing both trinkets will almost never result in a self-stun, leading to an absurd number of combat actions per round. Best I can guess, there's a stun resist on the enemies when I use vulnerability hex, even though it does not have a stun component (nor is it added by the trinket). So maybe you manually adjusted the stun chance down on moves other than weakening curse, which then causes the self-stun of Time-Lost Trinket to never proc.
