Description
EMPORIO DI PORTALI
Rumors speak of a hidden marketplace only for the truly powerful and influential, an emporium of offerings lifted from distant realms and other worlds entirely. Seek out the Emporio di Portali to see what this reclusive guild of merchants has for sale. But be warned, their prices are high, and so are their expectations for potential customers. Even if you can afford the one-time entry fee, the merchants within will only conduct business with you if you meet certain fame requirements.

Emporio di Portali is a tribute to some of my favorite heroes, villains, stories, weapons, and loot. It draws inspiration from many aspects of pop culture. Some may be familiar to you. Some may not. All are powerful and useful in their own way. The gear on offer, and the costs/requirements, are most suitable for late game parties. The artifacts here are among the most potent in any of my mods, so expect balance to take a bit of a backseat to the power fantasy on display. If you are looking for a challenge worthy of this new gear, consider tackling higher victory counts in Jade Helix, or just bump the difficulty up to Ruin.

Update!:
New basement zones have been added, complete with dozens of new items for sale. Speak with Longfinger to access the new merchant and the level below. You'll have to prove your cunning to do so. Hint: check out back.

Features:
  • New Secret Shop east of Dominio at 142S and 99E
  • New Weapons
  • New Armor Items
  • New Accessories
  • New Augments

I'm able to replicate the issue, but I'm not sure what's causing it. My theory is that the sword actor being summoned is somehow blocking the attack. I'm trying to fix it by including delays, but so far I haven't had luck. I'll keep trying.

This is a strange one. The Sleepless Ring causes Flash Cut to not hit directly adjacent enemies. Pass Palisade worked as normal and I couldn't think of any other similar moves.

I’ve got it on my list, Trobs. I hope to post some fixes tomorrow night. Thank you!

Magician's Robe seems to have an incorrect ID so it doesn't actually grant MagAtk.

I’ll check those out in a few days, Trobs. The mace of sundering is only supposed to work on enemies that have a reaction to the antiUndead element, but it could be faulty.

Thanks for playing! As always, I appreciate your feedback and bug reports.

Having a bit too much fun with these items.

Some weirdness I have noticed so far: Collector Rifle works as expected with the basic attack but using weapon skills will not stack the defense shred. The exception seems to be when using a weapon skill on an already debuffed target from previous basic attacks which causes a duplicate stack of the debuff. So a -4 armor from basic attacks when hit with a Far Shot or something becomes a -4 and also a -6.

Mace of Sundering description says it has a chance to annihilate the undead but as far as I can tell it works on any enemy.

How odd. Unfortunately, any fixes I make to the zone won’t take effect for saves that have already visited it. You can go into build mode (shift ~, b, Enter) and remove the offending rug.

I’ll see about updating this mod later today.

I can't imagine a lower priority bug but I'm here wasting your time with it anyway. There's a 'Rug' beneath the anvil in the shop that prevents it from functioning.

Sikelh, I just checked the Coastal Cave zone from The Summoners of New Vesper, and all of the places you can jump to have another exit. There are many secret passages in that zone, including one at the bottom on the left that leads to a ladder back up almost to the top of the zone. So even if you accidentally jump down too far, you can't really softlock yourself there.

That’s from The Summoners of New Vesper. I’ll take a look at that zone later this weekend. Thank you for the heads up.
