Lost & Found Dwarfs: Complete Collection

Description
This mod is a compilation of the Lost & Found: Dwarfs mods! Dwarf loving and lore friendly!

MCT Compatiblity - Compatible with Modding Configuration Tool. allowing you to disable units individually if desired. Note that this is completely optional and is NOT required for the mod to function.

The eventual goal of this mod is a total, comprehensive overhaul of all things Dawi, taken one step at a time! New Lost & Found mods will be added here after a delay to make sure no unseen issues arise as bugs can be pesky little things.

  • Nine New Dwarf Units (including two Regiment of Renown)
  • New mounts and weapons for Dwarf Lords and Thanes
  • Re-balanced vanilla roster

Roster

General
General Changes
  • Belegar Rework - Two new summon abilities, a new unique mount, and a changed unit focus to miners, ironbreakers, and irondrakes.
  • Rangers Rework - Rangers act as skirmishing missile infantry with looser spacing, lowered range, 360 degree firing, and fire whilst moving
  • Bugman's Rangers now RoR
  • Added Charge Defense vs Large to a few units (see linked mod for full list)
  • Visual Overhaul - Increased beard variety for most of the roster and a fancier Yoked Carnosaur

Mining
Mining has been given an increased focus. Miners themselves have been buffed to make them more in line with their tabletop counterparts Additional mining units have also been added (see roster)!

Mining Changes
  • New Unit Ability: Underground Advance - Burrow swiftly across the battlefield. Usable once per battle.
  • Miners Rework - Miners no longer chaff with higher cost, anti-infantry bonus, and improved melee stats
  • Ekrund Miners - Have new Underground Advance ability

Engineering
Dwarfen engineering needed more representation in game! Additional units along with unit variants have been added (see roster)!

In addition, the Flame Cannon has an additional firing mode to rain down a hail of fireballs!

  • More Units!

  • More Reskins!
  • More Campaign Changes!
  • Tweak unit stats/cost based on user feedback. The goal is to be balanced around vanilla TW:WHIII.
  • Improve portholes

Known Incompatibilities

Known Issues
  • Thorgrim, Shieldbearers, and Oath Stone campaign animations are messed up. This is a vanilla issue and not from this mod.

Thanks for the report! There shouldn't be any other mods required. They might have done something in the most recent patch. Is the mod fully up to date? There was a similar issue a while back that got fixed, and sometimes Steam doesn't automatically update the mod. You can unsub, open the game, and resub to manually update any Workshop mod.

Would it be possible to add the Lord and Thane alts to the MCT as an option to remove, like you have for all the other new units?

It might be a specific income or it could be I need to update this for the patch.
I will be updating it this weekend.

As for seeing if it is an incompatibility you can always test things in halves (turn off half of your mods and check if this one still works. Then the other half. Then repeat narrowing it down).

Most common ones would be mods making very similar changes to the dwarfs, though the Resized Lords and Heroes mod is a known incompatibility.

If you find something else it doesn't work withn, please let me know!

Ahoy! Is there anything else that this mod is incompatible with? Just reworked my mod list after the update, but this is the only thing that doesn't seem to work after I've set up the list (so I think it's a specific mod it's conflicting with). It still works by itself though. Cheers!

I have a suggestion for the mod.
Slayer Runesmiths and Engineer Heroes. The last ones would synch well with Malakai.

Try manually updating the mod. That was an old bug that got fixed a while back and sometimes Steam doesn't automatically update them.
