Formal information
This mod project started back in 2019 for Warhammer 2.

Please make sure to read the following mod description and the informations below carefully before you ask questions or request updates etc.
If you like the mod you are welcome to press the "thumbs up" button or leave your feedback in the comments.
Even if you don't like the mod you are welcome to give your constructive feedback.

Selafyn

Some of them are faction leaders, replacing the former leaders of minor high elven factions.
Minor factions and characters which belongs to them are not playable unless you confederate with the faction or you use Mixu's Unlocker.
Other characters are unlocked or available for specific factions during campaign play.
Please pay a visit here as every added character is listed with some more informations here.

Together with the characters, there were also a few units added, so Finubar and Anurion feature a Fleet/Horde mechanic with custom buildings and small original unit rosters while Yvarn can unlock two more RoR units in his skill tree..

This mod is in general requirement-less, the mentioned mods are for immersion or actual playing the locked minor factions.

If you experience any issues or things that seems off, please leave a comment here.
Please before requesting an update make sure that my mod is really not working anymore or causing a crash.
The vanilla game launcher marks a mod as outdated as soon as the game version is changed - a changed game version might be not campatible with a mod anymore but most times it's nothing but a outdated mark.

Compatible/Recommended mods
MIXER - Mixu's Unlocker
-> makes it possible to play as each faction (as long as you had the specific base games)

Victory Conditions Overhaul
-> required for custom victory conditions

Mod Configuration Tool
-> enables to toggle all characters each by each on or off, even the faction leaders

Merwyrms, Sea Dragons, and Lothern Skycutters
-> some of the character effects buff units from this mod

Uniforms & Heraldry of the High Elves
-> since I don't overhaul the unlocked factions this mod adds a bit more flavour

Alshua's Ellyrion
-> Ellyrion overhaul mod. Of course there are some minor issues as both mods are not directly made for each other but its still compatible

I never run the game with the landmark mod and Finubar quest completed at turn 5

@all with Finubar mission issues, are you runnding "Landmarks of Legend"? And can conform, after deactivating it, it woks again?

Hi there! So I was having the same issue with Finubar quest completing on turn 2. After some experimenting, I've discovered the cause. Me and my friends are also running the "Landmarks of Legend" mod. When we started a campaign with this turned off, the Finubar quest didnt auto complete and was fine. We then tried a campaign where we didnt add the landmarks mod until turn 6, which then made the Finubar quest auto complete. I think that popular mod is confusing your mod into thinking the Pheonix court is built when it actually isnt yet.

Hello, running this mod, and this mod alone, on Mac, it crashes just before it loads on to the map. Any fixes?

Also, something to consider: you (users) have to give me as much information as possible.
Characters not appearing can be an issue of the actual database or scripts referring to them.
Also other mods can manipulate said entries or cross-block something etc.

You see, I can only test and create my stuff with the minimal amount of mods activated to ensure functionality. After that base is given I move to a more public beta environment where are other bigger mods included but by far not representing the whole community.

So yes keep posting your feedback, but try to give more information. Also don't do it here in the main comments but in the current issues discussion as it is meant for this stuff.

First, as stated, I encourage nearly all kind of questions and feedback. It's the only way to improve the mod in the end.

Trust me if I would know the solution I'd fixed it already. The main problem here is that it worked before the MCT patch AND it worked after adding these options. We tested every character and every condition and all worked. Even at this mod it works for me and some others of my beta testers - so I have no starting point here.

In the end it is not the point what the people ask, but how they do it you know.
If there is a problem and a mod page has something like "current issues" linked, thats the first place I would check before posting my problem...

RedDragon, it seems like this has been an issue for a long time, can I ask why it hasn't been fixed? I understand you can't just flip a switch and have it working but if you are so annoyed with people continuously asking the questions maybe the answer is to find a way to make the characters work? I can't say I have seen another character mod that has had characters just *not* show up when they should. I do love this mod, and I appreciate the effort and love that has clearly gone into it, so I apologize beforehand if this offends you, but I think it's odd to expect people not to ask questions when something isn't working.

Really guys is it that hard to read the description and understand that there are several discussions linked at this mod page? It's an honest question as several you seems not to notice...

I mean I'm the last person not wanting to help you fixing issues with this mod, but is it to much to ask to read the KNOWN ISSUES tab for yourself?

How to solve early completing the mission?

If you are still able to get Finubar?
-> like for FATEXOO, read the description!
