More AI Game Rules

Description
More AI Game Rules
Supported game version: 1.15*

This mod adds more possible AI country game presets and fixes some existing ones which do not work properly. It explores unused alternative paths in the vanilla focus trees, adding more varienty and possibilities to the game.
These new country paths can be selected either manually, like you'd normally do, or there's a chance the AI will pick them at random in non-historical games.

Also I've slightly lowered the chance of some AIs choosing paths that switch ideology via civil wars, as I think there are already way too many civil wars happening due to all the DLC countries being added each patch, that interrupt normal game progression.

New game presets:
USA – The Unholy alliance - USA will cooperate with USSR, and possibly join Comintern later, – if it does not attack the Allies.

France – Democratic Right – AI will revive the National Bloc, and try to form a faction with Italy, and possibly Great Britain, to isolate Germany diplomatically. It will also handle its economy and internal problems better.

Japan - Fascist Alternate – variation on the default fascist route – Japan will bypass the Philippines, thus avoiding the war with USA

Soviet Union – Centre Alternate – Stalin will remain - this path mimics the old AI behavior, being rather agressive (and not very cautious) towards its neighbors (Poland, Baltics, Finland, Japan)

Fixed presets & other:
Soviet Union – Alternative – The file for this preset is completely missing from the game since patch 1.11, so it did not do anything (I've made my own file, roughly similar in objectives to the old „Strike at Capitalists“ from 1.10)
France – Little Entente – this AI behavior is broken in vanilla, AI would often get stuck along the way and lock itself out of important focuses, this is fixed in the mod
Czech Republic – Communism – Rewritten the entire preset. AI will not rush the ideology and wargoals so much (while ignoring forts) and won't leave Comintern immediately after joining it
Poland – Communism – (non-NSB) – this preset was broken and AI would always get peasant revolt and lose.
Portugal – historical – this preset could never work in non-historical games – fixed

- Many countries will now utilize reformer advisors (communist, fascist, democratic) as appropriate
- AI France will now abort its chosen path if its ideology changes (revolt, being puppeted etc...)
- Fixed unhistorical USA AI often being stuck with the last level of Great Depression Idea (not trying to get rid of it, even though it can)
- Fixed Italy trying to follow impossible focus paths (if you don't have BBA DLC and the relevant parts of Italian focus tree is missing)

Note:
As with all presets, there are certain conditions that can disable/alter the plans – early wars, different factions being formed, random chances in events... So there is no guarantee that AI will do exactly what the plan suggests it to do.
If you don't see the new AI presents in the game options – some other mod is interfering (usually some that adds new focus trees)

Given you aren't working on the mod, I hope you don't mind me mentioning for others looking...
The mod "Non Historical Mode Made Actually Playable" does everything this mod does, plus a bit more, and the author is still working on it.

Hi, I saw some activity here so I've updated the mod now. Enjoy. I've deleted the extra German presets as they obviously used the old focus tree.

I'm not really working on the mod anymore to be honest, so don't expect much in the future.

@luka it should work on 1.15 since i think the only thing that changed since the game rules thing was added is the nations that gain content from newer dlcs. So it should work as a standalone.

does it work for 1.15?

Did you alter the dominions? I used a "semihistorical" mix where all majors go default but minors take random paths, and I noticed that several of the dominions chose to go communist/fascist well after the war had started and they were already locked into the Allies.

Also, might I suggest Chinese Warlord presets and the chance for them to take the Opposition path, either joining Japan or going Democratic and attempting to join the Allies?
