Description
This mod adds portable alien generator that allows you to charge alien power cells.
Also alien generator can create EMP explosion powered by alien power cells.
Texture was taken from "Backpacks"


I made a new mod with the processing of one of the medic talent trees, I added some perks related to alien items, please, check it.

Just and idea, could it be made where this device is able to charge batteries as well as power cells?

@Havel_L._Krik, yes, since EMP is not very useful in the game, but allows you to damage all your wiring in a funny way, I added this little feature for fun

Is the EMP attack meant to be ludicrously spam-able and without discharging the Alien Power Cell?

I fixed it, now it doesn`t use talents, just adds recipe
