Just and idea, could it be made where this device is able to charge batteries as well as power cells?

@Havel_L._Krik, yes, since EMP is not very useful in the game, but allows you to damage all your wiring in a funny way, I added this little feature for fun

I fixed it, now it doesn`t use talents, just adds recipe

Hope this gets fixed. It was a helpful tool that made alien weapons actually worth the trouble.

Is this mod still applicable now? I can't find the "Atmos Machine" skill, and I can't unlock the crafting Atmos Machine
