No Armor Slowdown

Description
No more piling up armors in your stockpiles because you don't want snail-paced pawns! Now you can keep your combat pawns always ready to quickly run to the battlefield, protected!

Automatically patches pretty much anything that decreases movement speed, and reduces carry capacity instead.

The default multiplier is MoveSpeed * 50 (eg: -0.80 * 50 = -40 Carry Capacity).

You can change the multiplier going into Options -> More Mod Settings -> No Armor Slowdown

I noticed it affects weapons such as the minigun, I left as is.

Doesn't seem to work on Warcaskets from VFE-P, I feel like it's better this way.

Equipment that already buff carry capacity, will still get the movespeed penalty removed, but the buff will get a proportional reduction.

Meant to be used with Carry Capacity Fixed, and, of course, Pick Up And Haul

I don't use Combat Extended, if someone could test it, please comment the results down below.

@Victor I found the issue and I want to apologize, you mod is working as intended and the problem on mine side was the loading order.

It patches every apparel that slows down, so yes.

For anyone wondering this works with the plate armor I've made using Animal Equipment mod for my gallimimus. They are now running around fully armored at full speed as Randy Random intended :winter2019coolyul:

To be clear not getting a penalty is the WAI outcome as I set the multiplier to 0

I did - I think actually it's a display issue (might well be caused by a conflict) The description of the item doesn't change but the pawns aren't actually getting the carry capacity penalties it says it should.

As I should have said in my first comment btw, good mod great idea - thanks for making and sharing it :)

Sadly seems like this works anymore, at least to some degree. The options change no longer functions.
