I have been working on a mod that makes it so things can be sold in shops, that may help a lot of things. But SE doesn’t let you sell custom components, so it’s taking a while to sort out lol. The mod file is very easy to adjust however if you wish to change the component order yourself. You simply need to move 1 line of text. \o.o/
Other than this there is not much I can do. If the other mod maker only puts steel plate in the tank then there is simply not enough tank left to be a tank I guess.
If you use AwwScrap you will not get the part (intentional), but other than that it should work.
You could just move the intact grid block to what you’re building, a lot of people choose to play it that way.
The part should be in the items required parts list when you weld/grind. If not then it’s a moded block or has been overridden by something else maybe. If anything mods the block in question and is loaded on top of this mod, then that mod will take priority and override it. In this case try moving this mod to the top of your mods list. Other than that you may have forgotten to add the core mod lol =D I hope you find a fix :)
