Modders don't **HAVE** to cater to your every whim all the time. Most of the time a mod maker does it because they have a passion, an idea, or just plain want to make something. They have 0 obligation to provide any support beyond, "as is". The fact that this guy put a ton of effort over the years into making and running and supporting this mod is purely because he wants to help you.
Most people don't do modding for money or clout or whatever. They do it because they want to, so being a complete ass to modders is... Like... /Why?/
