This is a money system. There is every country can gain money from each buildings which that you can spend to decisions. Also you have the opportunity to ask for a loan from your allies or get debt from the national bank.

The mod has been created to avoid the monotony of the base game. To not just make war with each other, but also to prove your budget management skills.



There is many ways to improve your income, but for that you have to expand your industry and as you can possible to decrease the military plans or balance the Military Expenses. Select well your package and manage your level system!

Basically you get 0.25/month. Upgrading of the Administration level you get bonus +0.05 for Level Gain.

The base cost is 1.00, but with every upgraded level, the cost of the category will be increased with +0.25. (Example: Level 4 Budget = 2.00)

You will not get back the basic 1.00 value, instead you get 0.50.

Yes. Every country have a base population. Obviously even bigger this value, you will able to gain more blue coins per day.

Yes. You have the opportunity to force your subject(s) to pay you extra taxes. You can manage the taxation value, but take care with that. If you set to big taxation, your subject's stability will go bad. The base taxation is 20%, but for political powers, you can increase or decrease that with 5%.



Yes, you have the opportunity to ask for a loan of any country what have the needed opinion about your nation. That can be any member of your faction, subject or simply just a friendly country.



Yes. The country which you gave the loan have 180 days to pay it back.

For now you can not use this possibility, because we're working on to rework this system. It will be available in the 1.4.6 patch!

If this country didn't give you back the loan, then you can attack him with a topple government wargoal.
