Update 1.4.5

- New currencies has been added to the blue coin system. (US Dollar, Pound, Reichsmark, Ruble, Yuan, Yen, Franc and Lira)
- Every cost of the decisions has been fixed.
- The Treasury GUI has been expanded with the Savings for Treasury, Currency Values, Level Category Cost and Info icons.
- The Ask for Loan possibility has been removed temporary.
- The Construction decisions has been fixed.
- Currency Change decisions has been added to the Domestic Actions category.
- Change the Taxation decisions: the costs has been setted to 40 and 35. In this case the values will increased or decreased if you will change the base value.

Update 1.4.2

- Treasury gets better GUI system and icons.
- The main part of the "Level System" has been added, which mean you can choose what category level do you want to increase to get bonuses for the building's prize.
- The "Research" decisions cost has been modified from 100 Blue Coin to 250.
- The "Expand the National Army " decision has been added to the Military Investment decisions.
- Every important building and values gets a little bit number decrease.
- The "War Expense" and the "Bankrupt Treasury" effect has been reworked.
- Generic National Focuses has been removed.
- The "Decrease Temporary the Taxes" and the "Support <Ideology>" decisions get/modified the -2.5 stability decrease effect and the remove days has been modified from 45 days to 90.
- The "Launch Research Project" decision cost has been modified from 500 Blue Coin to 750.

- The indicator of treasury values has been fixed.
- The basic part of the "Level System" has been added, which mean you can choose a package in the beginin, that packages gives you bonuses for the building's prize.
- The "Construct Infrastructure" decision has been fixed.
- Has been added 3 experience gainer decision.
- Every important building and values gets a basic prize what will be increasable or decreasable in the 1.4.2 patch.
- When any country ask for a loan and then it's country didn't give you it back, then you have the opportunity to declare war on him with a topple government wargoal.

The "Army, Airforce and Navy" TAB has been added to the Research Actions. (for the better look)
The "Launch the Plans of the Government" decision:
- The PP cost has been modified from 300 to 150.
- Stability boosting has been added into the remove effect.
- The AI issues has been fixed.
- From now you can fire only once that decision.
- The BC prerequisite has been modified from 300 to 100.

- The "Research Actions" decision category has been added. You can buy 25% researchs for 100 BC and 5 PP. (Construction, Electronics, Weapon, Support Equipment, Artillery, Motorized, Armored Car, Armor, CAS Bomber, etc.)
- The "Launch the Plans of the Government" decision has been added to the Project Actions. You can choose Industrial, Military and Doctrinal plans for 300 BC and 300 PP.
