The Musai-class Final Production Type was introduced in Mobile Suit Gundam 0080: War in the Pocket (機動戦士ガンダム0080 ポケットの中の戦争)
The Musai-class Final Production Type was a variation of the Musai-class cruiser produced near the end of the One Year War. Compared to previous versions, its cruise distance and mobility were improved. Its mobile suit hangar was also enlarged, and because of its reliance on mobile suit escort, its mega particle cannon turrets were reduced to only two.
