Unique Ability: Nomadic Confederation Starts with Animal Husbandry unlocked. Settlers and recon units receive +2 Movement and +2 sight. Exploring a Tribal Village grants a free ranged unit. Unique Unit: Stringdrawer Xiongnu unique Classical Era ranged cavalry unit. Has 1 Build Charge to build a Pasture, a Camp or a Mili. Cannot harvest resources or remove features. +1 Range after researching the Stirrups technology. Unique Improvement: Mili Unlocks the Builder and Stringdrawer ability to construct a Mili, unique to Xiongnu. +2 Gold, +1 Housing. +2 Production if adjacent to a Pasture or Camp. For Xiongnu units, pillaging costs only 1 Movement when within 6 tiles of a Mili, and yields gained from pillaging are +10% for every 3 Mili improvements in Xiongnu territory. Can be built outside friendly territory. Can only be built on flat tiles adjacent to Rivers, and not adjacent to another Mili.

Unique Ability: Ambush of Whistling Arrows Units occupying a Pasture, Camp or Mili are invisible to enemy units that are not in an adjacent tile. Ranged units can move after attacking, and +5 Ranged Strength when attacking enemy units that are not in an adjacent tile. Agenda: Power from Patricide Likes warmongers with low Culture output. Dislikes peaceful civilizations with high Culture output.
