this is epic. i found it funny that my main japanse fleet have trouble fighting a clearly inferior small chinese fleet. the original modifers were nonsense :steamhappy:

Folder with mod>Common>Modifiers>00_static_modifiers
Remember that you won't be able to play online with this mod since you change values.
