A rope launcher, with reeling controls and custom physics!

Control

- Put down a "Harpoon Large" / "Harpoon Small" on your grid
- Fire the harpoon with "Fire/Detach" terminal control (requires Canvas component to fire in survival)

At the moment, this mod works in multiplayer but does not visually appear for clientside. Any possibility of fixes?
