These are the bobbles which go on the ends of the jester hat!

All of the pieces you need to make my complete jester head are:
1) Obediah_Jester_Head = Base creepy jester head piece
2) Obediah_Jester_Costume = Base colour of jester hat
3) Obediah_Jester_Overlay = Secondary colour of jester hat
4) Obediah_Jester_Bobbles = Bobbles at end of jester hat

You can colour each element individually, which is why I bothered to separate out each element.
