Description
Women of Wrestling, an all-woman wrestling promotion created in the year 2000 by David McLane and co-owned with the Los Angeles Lakers owner Jeannie Buss. It was the spiritual successor to GLOW (Gorgeous Ladies of Wrestling), another promotion previously created by McLane. Had its first run on TV for a year, with one pay-per-view (Unleashed), before being cancelled. However, it would be relaunched in the year 2012 with some of the wrestlers returning, as well as many new faces, and is still active to this day.
