And as for the deer, I think it would be best to leave it as it is. It would be best (and probably more non-English-language friendly) to not rename anything. More of a visual overhaul I think.

I actually would rather have the rendered-down versions, if possible. I don't use any texture replacers for the game besides the mods that bring back the ones from the original game. I played this on CD back in the day and I want to keep the look! Do you think it would be possible?
So, essentially, if anyone wants this mod when it is released you will have to do this (you'll have full access to the mod and you will then be considered the verified play-testers):
