Increase in power in the style of the AT wheels.
Better collision model, can traverse terrain better than vanilla wheels = more fun!

its visual, you need to look for AT wheels

How exactly do the new wheels differ from vanilla wheels? Is it literally just that the 'power' stat had it's max value increased? Any visual difference?
