Removes Permadeath



Dying is now just a minor setback.

Checkpoints are the perk reroll scales,
visually altered to add a golden ankh.
Move near them to set your checkpoint.

They'll work automatically on new games.
On existing saves you'll need to activate
them once to enable them.

Also, Polymorph won't kill you.

Sometimes when i die it say ERROR missingdamagemodel (Or something like that) Ending my run because i cant fix it

sadly poly can still kill you some how. killed_by="" killed_by_extra=", while polymorphed to Laahustussieni" in the end game of a god run when i died for good.

used this to play around for a bit and get my bearings, learning wand tinkering and map layout etc since im new to the game and its hard to practice when mistakes restart you. its been working great so far but i have come across one tiny issue... completing the work to end the game to restart doesnt end the game because you dont turn into gold and die... not sure if that was intentional but i dont really want to restart via new game in pause menu as it says it wont save any of the unlocks stuff (unless im misunderstanding)

If this mod is not working properly for you (teleported back right to the start) then this is because of a mod conflict.
