Description


Palpatine's machinations and the decay of the Republic have brought the galaxy into the most destructive war it's ever seen. The Separatist droid armies threaten to overrun the Republic and no matter who comes out on top, the course of galactic history will be altered forever...

Playable Factions:
- Galactic Republic
- Confederacy of Independent Systems
- Hutt Cartels

Non-Playable Factions: (Aligned with the CIS or Republic)

- Galactic Republic Sector Forces
- Trade Federation
- Techno Union
- Commerce Guild
- Banking Clan

In Empire at War: Expanded, the traditional Empire at War tech level is traded for an era-based system that impacts different story events, factions, unit rosters and heroes are available, with the galaxy set up to recreate various conflicts within the Star Wars Legends lore. There are also new government mechanics where you can interact with other subfactions and story events in new ways, along with a planet loyalty system, giving extra income, unique units, and other bonuses at high levels, but with other negative effects if your member worlds become too unhappy with your leadership.

Older versions put on Mod Database to continue old saves. These will have several focuses.

Running the Mod

To play: After subscribing, make sure to let the download finish (see your Steam download manager, it'll say at the bottom of your Steam client), then launch Forces of Corruption. Once ingame, go to the Options menu, then Mods, and enable it from there.

If the game doesn't re-launch when you enable the mod ingame, or you want to just directly launch into the mod, go to the properties for Empire at War in Steam and paste the following into launch options:

The mod is designed for English language versions of the game, so if you have a non-English version, your text may be missing. To fix this, to into:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\32470\1976399102
And rename the MasterTextFile_English.dat to MasterTextFile_YourLanguage.dat

Anyone have an issue with the CIS as the Republic? It would be turn 30 on medium difficulty and they would attack and take other planets, but they would not attack me. I would get a message that says "Enemy fleet approaching your planet" but then nothing happens.

i know its design choice, and saves on back end coding or whatever. But, the lack of turning turrets is just too much of a selling point, and I rlly wish corey's mods had this feature. It will always be jarring having a venator fire at something while it's turrets are just.... looking off into space XD

I can also add that I reloded a save and again reached 100 senate support and again got the "The future of the republic" mission dialogue but still no option was displayed to choose palps or mon. I believe (?) in 1.5 there should be a popup ? In previous versions the choice was in the political build menu but no choice is displayed there either (only the normal "hire fleet/army/heroes/etc." options are shown).

While immensely enjoying slaughtering CIS and Hutt assaults (~2k fleets) against my fortress valor bases (usually no losses or maybe one CR90) and likewise for ground assaults, I do miss my imps and secutors :(

Hm, my selection order 65/6 may be bugged ? I got the holos where mon mothma and palpatine presented themselves and the mission dialogue to decide (title:"The future of the republic with text "when closing this dialogue box you have to choose between..." when hitting 100 senate approval but no popup to make the actual choice was ever displayed. It is now much later (19BBY Month 4 Era5) and still no choice displayed. :(

Supremacy is intended as a 1v1, if you're having issues then it's more than likely a game issue rather than a mod one.

Any chance the supremacy co-op special mode thing can be fixed for playing it with a friend please? Was always my favourite thing but it's pretty impossible solo, or just doing more things like it mayhaps?

@molchåmor There is no globaldefines.xml file...
It's mostly just fixes to missions in historical GCs as well as very big and hopefully unmissable notes that the mod only supports the 64bit version of the game.
