OWB update 2.2 capped coring cost at 300, making this mod useless.
I'll leave it up so everyone can unsubscribe before I delete it

the coring stuff is spread across several files, so it's a matter of searching each file and finding out which file has the needed changes

The file in scripted_triggers seems to have been removed before the initial release (because i'm a spud), i've re-added it so it should work now.

It shows a reduced value but charges the normal amount. Have tried with Bone Dancers , Washington BH, Trolls and NCR

I haven't checked Mexico, because the code is quite difficult to understand - it doesn't work the same as regular nations. I've only played mexico nations twice so i'm not sure if the costs are broken or the same.
