Experimental Pulse-Phaser Bank

A prototype weapon that uses a combination of 23rd century "blue-phaser technology" and modern phase cannon weapon systems to produce a whole new class of weapon. It was originally designed for use on the Tartan class science cruiser, but can be equipped on any ship as long as said ship is properly retrofitted. Works best with the in-game pulse cannons.
