Slow Go
Speed Converter
Turns Shotspeed and Speed into raw tears, leaving behind a measly 0.25 Shotspeed that can be regained, and half the speed that one originally had. Item is a one-time use, and dropping it (such as with tainted Isaac or D4) does not give back shotspeed and speed nor remove tears gained from it. Of course, if you find another one... somehow, the whole process can be repeated again.
Also removes the AI of Death's Heads and spike wheels while worn, wow! Could this be sneaking gameplay?
Also an idea for Double Pain
Double Pain
Double Gain
Room Drops and Drop chances Doubled. Damage Taken also doubled.
(I know both are completely antithetical to the original Paper Mario Idea but C'mon. This is a mod about adding badges from a 21 Year old game into a slightly younger game of a kid suffocating to death in a chest. Both badges even had some niche uses back there. Not so much here.)

[INFO] - Caught exception, writing minidump...``
so this is caused by something in super appeal not working with glass form caused by Repentance + with Repentance plus you can have glass forms of items which if player takes 1 whole heart can dupe an item including ped items.

Sorry this took so long; the mix of "I lost interest in Isaac modding", "my Isaac modding knowledge is rusty", and "I've been busy with other projects" is a dangerous combination that resulted in me basically working on these updates at a snail's pace. But it should all be good to go now!
Let me know if you run into any more bugs.
