Hard Earned Districts - Snake Charmer Patch

Hard Earned Districts
9 items
Description
This mod expands hero tags for the Snake Charmer hero class mod and links the hero to two districts just like how it's done in the Hero Expansion of Hard Earned Districts. There is also a brand new district exclusive to this mod.

This mod does not require Hard Earned Districts but it is highly recommended that you install it because this mod was balanced around having that installed.

Districts
Jörmungandr's Vigour - Shieldbreaker, Snake Charmer
+20% Blight amount when applied
+20% Blight duration when applied
+10% Blight Skill Chance
+10% Damage vs Blighted
Gold: 25,000
Busts: 110
Portraits: 35
Blueprints: 2

Compatibility
Fully compatible with mods that edit the Snake Charmer hero class and all future patches.
Not compatible with any mods that edit:
  1. shieldbreaker.info.darkest
    (\DarkestDungeon\dlc\702540_shieldbreaker\heroes\shieldbreaker\)

Notes
  1. Based on how districts and upgrades in general work, uninstalling this mod is very risky. Once you build a district, the buffs will remain in the game forever because there is no way to "un-build" things. Install this mod with caution if you don't plan on using it long term.
  2. If you have mods that edit the Shieldbreaker and still want to use them then you can place those mods above all HED mods and add the appropriate tags to the Shieldbreaker's .info file.
    "theater"
    "jormungandrs_vigour"

Thank you for the information. I didn't know it has 2 different bright checks before.

Yes, according to the mod author it is intentional that there are 2 different blight checks and it is possible for it to apply twice.
The mod author wanted to add more risk to the skill and require more planning to resistances.
This is part of the Snake Charmer mod, not mine.

Hey VultureTim. I noticed Calming Toxin skill description and I see 80% bright skill chance and 90% bright skill chance. Would it double bright to allies or it's just only 80% bright skill chance? I curious about 2 different bright skill chance in skill description.

VultureTim Thank you for your quick respond. That's was nice to keep Calming Toxin bright chance at the same percentage so it won't bright allies much often.

Updated the mod to include a hidden buff that decreases blight chance for Snake Charmer's "Calming Toxin" skill by 10%. This will cancel out with +10% Blight Skill Chance also added by the district.

I like your idea about adding new district for mod heros. Anyway, adding bright chance to Snake Charmer might not be good because it would increase chance to bright allies when use his skills that heal stress damage too(can't remember skill name). Can you make the district increase bright resistance when Snake Charmer in party or reduce bright chance of that skill? It would be great because I don't want that skill to bright allies more often.
