Modding Utility: Blank Map Template: 5632×2048 (Vanilla Size)

This is a tool for modders interested in making a total overhaul of the map. The old province map is replaced by a new one with just 46 giant rectangular provinces. In addition, all terrain features have been removed.

This mod is technically playable, with one test country. This is just for testing that a new game can successfully start. There are still many errors using this with the vanilla game; only game-crashing references to non-existant states/strategic regions/provinces, etc. were removed.

I made a map, but for some reason it keeps freezing at "loading History"
know how to fix this?

There is a maximum size for provinces, and my template has provinces very close to the limit, so merging them isn't an option.

And it keeps crashing every time, as well as creating a new definition file in the documents HoI 4 folder

Very confused, as I am trying to remove every province except for the first two, and create a new megaprovince, and I deleted everything necessary in the mod's definition file so only 3 definitions, province 0, province 1 (land), and province 2 (sea), exist.
