This mod brings you 2 new decision-categories:

Public Speaking: allows you to make speeches.
Foreign Leader Announcements: allows you to listen to speeches by other world leaders.

All decisions are based on historical speeches and public announcements.

Execution of a decision will TRIGGER AUDIO THAT PLAYS IN-GAME.

Compatibility

- Compatible with all mods except A-historical overhauls or alternate timelines. Information HERE.
- NOT Ironman and it never will be, as long as decisions changes checksum.
- Save-game and multiplayer.

Updates

- I plan on keeping this mod up to date with all major patches coming in 2018.
- If you have any problems after an update, try re-subscribing!

I’ve been personally adding my own content into the mod file. I made a whole new speech titled “Hitler on International Jewry” whereas I downloaded Hitler’s 1933 speech held at the Siemens factory in which he spoke (albeit indirectly) about the Jews & why the people should be skeptical of them. I then converted it and stuck it in the file, then added new code & localization. Though oddly, despite copying the exact formula of the preexisting code, for some odd reason my title for the new speech remains the same as the asset name. Yet the description & everything else worked fine. Basically I made that speech consequential. It lowers stability by .06 weekly as well as adds negative international opinion from Britain, America & France. On the positive side, it adds an instant 5% war support, -2 consumer goods, & .03% division recovery rate. This all lasts for 110 days & the speech costs 50 pp & can be used only once a year. It cannot be accessed if you are under 40% unity.

You should add the famous “Stalingrad Speech” for the German Reich. There’s a perfect audio clip on YouTube you could download. It’s only around 30 or 40 seconds. Perfect for this mod. You should code it in with the prerequisite being that certain provinces/states within a close proximity to Stalingrad itself must be captured first in order to unlock the speech. There should be a buff for infantry/motorized attack and perhaps recovery speed as to simulate the motivation the German soldiers felt following the broadcast of the speech to the Eastern Front. Perhaps have those bonuses last a month, maybe 2 months before they time out.

I've been caught up with other things for a while, so I haven't been able to be very active on the workshop. We'll see how the future pans out.. But for now, regarding:

Audio-levels: volume can be adjusted by raising or decreasing 'Effects'!

Joseph Goebbels-speech: it's surprisingly hard to find online, for some reason! But it's available in the mod-files.

I love this mod, but find the speechs noise Lvl to low.

In the music player, I have the;
Music set to low,
Master to Mid,
Effects to Mid,
Ambient to Mid
Voice to Max.

Is there anything I can do to boost the speech Lvl?
