DAC #21: Frosty Echoes https://steamcommunity.com/workshop/filedetails/?id=1596580798

Merry Christmas to everyone, 23 days early! :D (Make sure to enable trick text and disable all adventure abilities)
After the Refractor's OS crashed on Destination Unknown, it was rebooted and as warped to an unknown location instead of the Credits. Little is known about this location, in fact it lacks a friendly name, but is still part of The Empire somehow. After a quick analysis, the sector number appears to be 99. Other information that was gathered includes that the Virus had something to do with this warp, and that all of the abilities were corrupted after the OS crash. The Refractor's main objective is to restore it's abilities, remove the Virus from the sector, and get back to the normal Empire. Will it make it?

The wooden sections are snippets from another map I have on the workshop, as I didn't know what else to put at the time. I cannot fix the force zones (as they are part of the other track), but I did remove all the invisible killgrids (they were all made invisible due to them starting to reflect off of objects) from the entire map aside from the ones preventing huge skips across the map. Most of those are now replaced by more scenery around the canyon walls.

I will be sure to go lighter on killgrids in the future. Thank you for the feedback and I'm glad you overall enjoyed the map. :steamhappy:

I enjoyed the ice, but the wooden sections inside the virus felt a bit rough and difficult to navigate at times. The "Almost" invisible force zones in the second one were also quite harsh and i got thrown off the track several times before i saw the arrows on the ground. Also, Invisi-killgrids are kinda mean... I was going to ride the wall on the right when there was the floating ice on the water, but randomly blow up a few times. Overall though, Decent Track.
