[WOTC] Quick Soldier Info

Adds icons on the top right for each unit you controlled, these icons will show names, HP (+armor), will, status effects and action points left on each soldier.

configs are in documents/my games/XCOM2 War of the Chosen/config/XComSoldiersQuickInfo.ini (generated after running the game once), or use Mod Options Menu or Mod Config Menu to change it in game.

- Loading a tactical save will not refresh those icons immediately, however taking an action will update them properly.
- Loading a tactical save/starting operation gatecrasher will result in soldiers icons not displaying their portraits (using XCOM emblem instead), because these soldiers can only have their photos taken in the avenger, not on the field, and those photos are not stored across different sessions, if I did found a workaround to this, I would be able to show aliens portraits as well :). (Enable Take Photos in settings to allow taking photos in tactical)
- After changing options the UI will disappear for ~ 5 seconds. This is a XCom bug with adding new UI to a screen after it finishes init.
- In settings, all sliders will appear to be at 0% position, tabbing away and back fixes this. (Can't find the cause)

@Sabin Stargem - I had the same problem. It is this mod but only partially. Specifically the mod tries to take Outrider and Mox's photos at the same time as the cut scene kicks in. This causes a lock up. I fixed it by only enabling the function to take in mission photos after Lost and Abandoned. All other DLC missions are unaffected.

Not sure if this is just a problem for me, but some cutscenes like the introduction to the Reapers and Mox don't work properly. Not sure if this mod is the problem, but it is the only one that I am using that would obviously interfere.

The nature of the problem is that the cutscene starts and stays at a fixed camera position, one that clips into the terrain. I am thinking that the option to take soldier pictures in the field is partially initialized, but 'locks' the game until the cutscene has finished. (Can't skip cutscenes)

My reasoning for this is that I enabled this mod but didn't have soldier faces during these missions without stuck cutscenes, but later attempts with the photo-taking enabled had the misplaced camera.

that'd need to modify x2photobooth which will cause conflicts with other photobooth mods

Edit ini in documents and change font size to "0".

Excellent mod, I have a feature request, however.
While there is a slider for font size, I'd like to be able to disable the whole text block below the portrait altogether.
I don't want it to scroll, nor I want it to have text so small that pixels start conflicting - both are distracting and aren't very useful, so I'd like to have the option to get rid of those.

yup, some highlander special class mods have custom icons that is changed dynamically, this updated now supports that

Thanks for the update, -bg-

I'm probably being dense but what does the "CH" in "Added CH custom icons support" mean? Is it the Community Highlander?

I was able to fit 8 soldiers at the top of my screen (2560x1440) and not cover the Concealment graphics by changing the following values in the XComSolidersQuickInfo.ini file located at My Games\XCOM2 War of the Chosen\XComGame\Config.
