Runs absolutely fine for me after the Fall update on a heavy mod list. Never had any crashes in the last month running this mod.

Try clearing out the Firaxis .ini files from the My Games folder.
Troubleshooting: Mods not working properly / at all
Mod not working? Mods still have their effects after you disable them?

And don't try and run both this and the non-WoTC version at once

Still crashes after any time i add one of these tats or change any soldier withone. Unsubscribing for now hope you fix it . goodluck.

I've deleted config file for both this andvanilla gonna see if that helps.

mine always seems to crash after altering a soldier to give him one of these tats in the armoury (ive turned of all other mods but this) and then when i launch a mission with him boom crash.
