The Mannish Boy Leather Jacket

Quick port of the Mannish boy leather jacket to SFM. includes super highres textures and more detailed normal than would look good in stock tf2, but looks lovely in renders. Does not have HWM flexes or fit HWM scout, i'll try to get to that later, although it does sort of fit HWM scout with some minor clipping. Also, to get the arms to work correctly, don't parent the helper bones to scout, they mess things up
