I've submitted a pull request the VE Framework github repo.
It addresses an issue i've found with how processor buildings output items that use the item quality system in Rimworld like Ambrandy as an example.
If you lets say produced some normal quality Ambrandy but you just left it on the output spot but then you later made awful ambrandy for some reason then that left over stack of Normal Quality Ambrandy will merge with the Awful ambrandy and that set of 3 normal quality ambrandy becomes now 6 awful ambrandy effectively deleteing the normal quality batch.
