The new mod looks INCREDIBLE. I can't WAIT to watch Samuel Streamer freak out as he unintentionally recreates the horror of the Alien movies, veequeue as he adapts and dominates, and me as I try my best to use / destroy the xenomorphs. This mod will get its very own mod list built around it for my own use.

does anyone know if theres an actual playable xenomorph faction mod? ive been really hankering for aliens vs predator evolution and playing as the alien queen, finding a site to nest at, luring animals/people in to become incubators for the hive, would be amazing.

maybe though i noticed its mainly a they never attack issue, if i devspawn them in they work, if i click show hidden factions they are there.. is albions mod a hard requirement to make the spawning work?

I have been reading the design document of that mod.
And I am in love. Oh no. They will be very clever buggers indeed.
This is going to be one incredible, DLC tier mod, and a fantastic faction to fight against.
Or play as... My Amoral Androids colonies will commit to the same hubris as Weyland-Yutani did in movie canon - they shall be attempting to WEAPONIZE these things.
I already cannot wait. They'll be such a great opponent for my Amoral Androids, Starship Troopers, 40K Inquisition Team, and all the rest as well.

I got an animal pod crash with a xenomorph, now I have a tame xenomorph runner XD I hope thats intentional cause I love that I now have what Weyland Yutani wanted.

There is a new mod being developped that will allow playing as xenomorphs and extend considerably their behavior and features as antagonists also. You can know more if you join the discord I linked at the top of the mod description :)

Imagine if you could make a hive of these and have them on your side like insectoids expanded and whatnot. Live solely on graveships, would make a terrifying playthrough.

I will update this mod for 1.6 but it will be replaced by @Nighzmarquls new Xenomorph mod that should release around october. You will also be able to play as Xenomorph with his mod so I can focus on USCM

nevermind just had a hit the other day so very glad i had walls and a murder tunnel definately had a butt hole pucker moment there. it seems randy was just waiting until i had some uscm gear before he poured on the rain

It's possible as they can weigh a bit. Do you have other mods? Especially mods that affect faction HQ location and raids ?

never seen xeno's in any of my games was wondering if they were bugged or something turned on dev mode in factions and yea they are there does randy just not use them?

Yes sure. If you have faction discovery, the faction should spawn without problem

Honestly I don't really understand error logs and won't pretend to. To me it looks like animals not on the map were being given orders to roam. For whatever reason removing this mod fixed the error which was bringing the game speed down to 3fps.

Some sort of conflict?

As @CrackaJack says, this mod is a stand alone simple addition of a xeno faction which behave generally like mechanoids. It fits with my others USCM mods. AvP is indeed a huge mod, very different, very heavy on gameplay changes while mine has a low impact on the overall gameplay loop of the game.

@Gebibaboy: no facehuggers, no implantation, no predators, no eggs, no acid blood, no sneaky events, very different textures. aliens vs predator is a huge, insane, awesome mod chock full of c# code, which will break your game cause it got updated by 20 different people over the years.
